Middle Georgia Regional Commission is seeking to fill the position of Human Resources and Facilities Manager.

This position is responsible for benefits administration, equipment contract management, project monitoring, HR administration, and other professional-level support.   This position works in conjunction with the Executive Director, Deputy Director, and department heads to address organization-wide issues and concerns.

The Human Resources and Facilities Manager should, at a minimum, have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited college or university, three to four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual who can mentor and engage effectively with coworkers and community members in the process of providing quality customer service. Candidates should possess a strong vision and desire for facilitating positive change that moves the office forward. A candidate must be able to address challenges with enthusiasm and positive energy that demonstrates a love for the work.
