Col. Hill Discusses Importance of STEM with RC Council

On Thursday, September 11, 2014, the Middle Georgia Regional Commission (MGRC) held its September Council meeting and was pleased to host Colonel Christopher D. Hill, Commander, 78th Air Base Wing.  As Installation Commander at Robins Air Force Base (RAFB), Col. Colonel Chris Hill is the Commander, 78th Air Base Wing, and Installation Commander, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.  As the commander supporting Georgia’s largest single-site industrial complex, he trains, deploys and redeploys over 2,500 Airmen annually in support of Air and Space Expeditionary Force and combatant commander requirements.  Colonel Hill has served in five major commands supporting airlift, special operations and special mission aircraft.  He has commanded at the squadron and group level.  Prior to his current assignment, Col.
