All meetings of the Regional Commission Council begin at 5:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of the month, except July and December when no meetings are held.  The meetings are held at the Middle Georgia Regional Commission located at 3661 Eisenhower Parkway Suite MB102, Macon, Georgia 31206.

*The meeting dates for 2025 Council meetings are January 9, February 13, March 13, April 10, May 8 , June 12, August 14, September 11, September 30 (Annual Meeting), and November 13.
