The Middle Georgia Regional Commission (MGRC) is seeking proposals from interested transportation providers for contracted transportation services under the Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) Coordinated Transportation Program. The objective of this procurement is to obtain the services of qualified provider(s) with the demonstrated knowledge, experience, competence, resources and familiarity with DHS Region 6 consumers for vital services designed to enhance health, independence and self-sufficiency. Affected Region 6 counties include Baldwin, Crawford, Houston, Jones, Monroe, Peach, Pulaski, Putnam, Twiggs, and Wilkinson Counties. The MGRC seeks to obtain the most cost-effective, efficient and affordable transportation services from provider(s). Applicants may propose services for all, a combination of counties, or for a single county. MGRC may use a combination of qualified applicants in order to service all of the region.
