Personnel management is a key component of local government.  In this area, the MGRC assists communities with the development of accurate job descriptions, fair policies, and comparable salaries.  During 2008, MGRC staff completed the following projects in the area of personnel services: 

• Development of the Georgia National Fairgrounds and Agricenter Pay Plan
• Recruitment for Wilkinson County Economic Development Director
• Recruitment for City of Forsyth City Administrator
• Training for City of Gordon employees
• Development of administrative tools for personnel management
