MGRC staff is available to work with com­munity leaders in the development of projects, including researching funding opportunities, and grant writing and ad­ministration.  During 2008, $3,018,629 was awarded to cities and counties in Middle Georgia for grant applications prepared with the assistance of the Mid­dle Georgia Regional Commission.

Through our grant e-mail newsletter, we advise communities of public and non-profit funding opportunities on a wide variety of project areas from infrastructure to social services.
